COMMUNITY-BASED MENTORING

Our traditional one-to-one mentoring model. Caring adult mentors (Bigs) and children ages 5-15 (Littles) spend time together in the community doing activities they both enjoy.

A LITTLE TIME CAN MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE.

Many relationships between Bigs and Littles are part of our Community-based programs. Community-based mentoring relationships involve one-on-one outings and activities, doing things the Big and Little enjoy together, like:

Take a walk in the park
Do arts and crafts
Attend free activities hosted by Big Brothers Big Sisters
Check out the latest restaurant, museum, or coffee shop
Attend sporting events
Simply hang out and talk

A LITTLE TIME CAN MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE.
